Dr. Catherine Darley, ND is the founder of The Institute of Naturopathic Sleep Medicine in Seattle. In July of 2012 she was interviewed in Seattle magazine’s Top Doc issue. As a naturopathic doctor, she works to treat the root causes of sleep disturbances, helping clients with Insomnia, Sleep Deprivation and Fatigue, Hormonal Sleep Disturbances, and many other issues.

Our meetings are held on the second Friday of each month, except for August and December. The August and December meetings are held on the first Friday of the month.

The meetings are from 6:30 PM to 9 PM. We will have a “Social Happy Hour” from 6:30 to 7:00, where you have the opportunity to meet and network with your fellow your hypnotic colleagues.

Leading speakers share their experience an array of topics related to hypnosis and NLP, where you have the opportunity to improve your skills and business practices.

Come join us and learn what hypnosis and the NGHWA is all about! You’ll be glad you did! We welcome you to participate in our meetings and events.

Our meetings are open to the general public. There is a $10/meeting fee for non-members to attend NGHWA meetings.
