GREETINGS:
We invite you to our April meeting, to be held on Friday, April 8th, 2011, 6:30 pm – 9:00 pm. http://www.nghwa.org for details.
Please join us Friday for our next NGHWA chapter meeting. This month’s meeting features “The Senses of Change–How to Use Your Senses for a Change ” by C. Michael Brannan.
What is it like to see what you hear, to feel what you see or to taste what you smell? We are sometimes moved by a piece of music or touched by what someone says. We often instantly experience something in one sense when one of our other senses is directly aroused.
The phobic sees a spider and immediately feels fear or panic. The sight of the spider instantly creates a negative feeling in the body. Many such cross-mappings are much more pleasant: we see a small puppy and instantly feel an attraction.
As with the phobic described above, these patterns often create problems for people. Imagine, however, being able to use synesthesia patterns to create instant and dramatic changes in people: to change the phobic response, or to change useless beliefs into powerful beliefs that move people forward in their lives.
In this talk, Michael Brannan will explore these patterns, showing how they work, and how you can work them to your advantage both in a clinical setting and in ordinary life.
Michael Brannan, CHt., is a certified Clinical Hypnotherapist and Licensed Trainer of Neuro-Linguistic Programming™. Michael has been hypnotizing people since the age of 13.
